[/i] hippie, just because she has never really fully committed to it. like the fact she loves animals, but apparently loves hamburgers more, so she could never go vegetarian, or the fact that she is always complaining about how horrible our so-called 'great democracy' is, but would never actually take action and voice her opinions. she's just eccentric enough, any more craziness, and she would go completely insane. yet, my father swears she's just a little unstable. he claims to like her inconsitency. for me, a red flag always pops up around christmas, because she still believes in santa claus. ugh, that woman. what i've always thought was the strangest was how my mom and dad are complete opposites. my mother will wear a bikini grocery shopping when she's feeling promiscuous, while my dad never seems to be without his briefcase and tie. he's this type-a, neatfreak, yet, they two have been married for twenty years. all i have to say is this: what the fudge. well, that and, thank god i'm an only child. if i had any siblings, the poor things would be just as messed up as i am. i mean, going to jewel osco with your mom in a bikini just does funny things to you."[/ul]

[/color] "my hair may in fact look fake, but i swear on all things cute and fluffy that it's real. it really is this red! admittedly, i have dyed it darker or a different shade in the past, but it's pretty much just this shade of maroon. in terms of texture, i'd say it's naturally straight, but wavy if not tamed properly. the length is long-ish, not too far past my shoulders. i think the best part about it is that it's so thick, though it does have some cons every-so-often. i take comfort in knowing i'll never be one of those balding elderly woman."

built, "i'm on the taller side, so my build can't exactly be short and squat. i was a twig as a kid, but thanks to puberty, i've filled out. now, i'm still pretty skinny, but definitely not unhealthy. i happen to enjoy all the great food new york city has to offer, even if all my dance instructors tell me i should 'treat my body like a temple'. it's like they think i'm doughy! but seriously, i burn tons of a calories every day! i guess because of that i have an athletic build, as well as being thin. my curves are limited, though not non-existant. i'm not pamela anderson, which is good, because i like not having boobs the size of my head."

style, "simple, but bizarre, if that's possible. i generally don't wear loud outfits or obnoxiously bright colors, since clothing is just clothing, after all. i care about my appearance enough to put some thought into it, but not enough to enjoy shopping trips or keep up on trends. i mean, my favorite color is navy, so you can't expect very much of me. though i admit, i do like vintage things, and bags a whole lot. half the things i wear are from my mom's old wardrobe when once upon a time, she and i were the same size. she may be a very odd woman, but she has pretty cool taste."

so, hello. i'm magnolia and i am fiftybajilion. i've been roleplaying for about two years and my other characters here would be no one. i found this site through an advertisement and i decided to join. i've read the rules and i'm aware that there's a 300 word limit. ( i also played avery jackson & gerard presley on within half an hour, once upon a time. )
