Serenity Place
Is the Place to Be
When the world went through diffecult times, there was only one place that truly died. That place, being unknown to most, was Serenity Place. People started to stop going to movies and they though life wasn't worth living. This obviously lead to depression. Most towns surrounding Serenity Place moved away, fearing their lives were in grave danger. It was merely only an over-reaction. The people of Serenity Place had no reason to kill others. They were only depressed.
Madness surged through the city for about three hundred years. There was one man who wanted to stop the madness, but his true name was never said. Some say he ended up dying, but nobody cared, until now.
The year is 2009 and the madness that had lasted since the 1700's finally came to a close in the two decades before the turn on the century. The year was 1980. Now, people are starting to get some sense back into them, starting to live their lives as if the madness never occured. They threw away old photos of the ones that committed suicide and they wiped the slate of bad deeds they had done.
Things are changing here at Serenity place. The breeze leaves the scent of a new beginning, and the teens and the adults are definately sensing it. Teenagers are finding dates, and adults are getting married. Kids are doing better in school, and a lot of the teens are deciding to go to the local college on the coast. Serenity Place is finally starting to get back it's meaning for it's name.
Things will surely change around Serenity Place and it will be interesting to see what will come with this new beginning. There may be new love lives, new hatred, and new adventures for the citizens of Serenity Place. You better not blink, because if you do, you might miss a moment that will change your life forever.
