it boasts some of the most idyllic views in the continental u.s. for many, it is simply a vacation spot; a place to let their troubles fall away and remain forgotten for a short time. but what about those who call this hot city home year-round? these are the people who own the prime pieces of beachfront real-estate and attend the exclusive dalton academy. these are the people who can use their daddy's credit cards and fake id's to get in or out of virtually any situation they choose.
